Takino-cho serves as toy fireworks by merger by 1000 houses in Kato at the end of March, 2006,challenging Guinness Book of Records in summer of the last 2005 before merging, since a name of a town disappears -- handheld-fireworks simultaneous ignition record -- they are the performed fireworks under the plan it is told to Guinness Book of Records as the world's No.1 that will mince the name of Takino-cho eternally. It is said that Takino townsman [ 700 set / 2200 person ] participants gathered in the Takino synthesis athletic-park ground used as the hall where toy fireworks were performed by 1000 houses from the adult even to the child on July 30 of that day. It checks and records how many persons by the time the fireworks which fireworks were simultaneously lit all at once with the signal, and were lit first went out, have lit the Guinness record challenge of handheld-fireworks simultaneous ignition record the world's No.1. Very bright sparkler fireworks of authentic domestic production called the Edo peony were used for the toy fireworks used in this convention.
