A Hara-fudo waterfall is a waterfall in Hyogo Shiso Hara, Haga-cho chosen as the 100th elections of the Japanese waterfall. There are about 88m of falls of a waterfall, and they are the waterfalls of a Tentaki waterfall where a fall is large subsequently to the 2nd 98m in Hyogo. The first step of waterfall in which the waterfall is divided into three steps and which looks small, and the second step of waterfall and the third step of waterfall which are visible to the front considered that there is a fall most are new waterfalls that have fallen in the bottom basin of a waterfall, and Me waterfall is flowing in so that it may nestle up there from another origin. In the waterfall in the Hachijo river basin system of the Hikihara river branch which makes a Takero mountain (altitude of 1129m) the origin, Fudo-do which exists on the way to a waterfall serves as the origin of the name of a Hara-fudo waterfall. It gets down at the Chugoku Expressway Yamasaki interchange, and access runs the national highway No. 29 line toward the direction of Tottori as it is, and since a sign comes out at about 100m across the station Haga of a way, it enters branch according to a sign. It is fixed though a parking lot is not so large, either. This waterfall is a charge and it cannot be concluded that the charge of 200 yen is not paid at the entrance. If it goes across the suspension bridge concerning the ravine called from an entrance an autumnal-leaves bridge (maple bridge), it will go away in a promenade. If it goes to the way of a waterfall further, looking at the flow of a mountain stream from there, it is a little tight ascent. But there is no distance so much up to a waterfall. Since it is merely very easy to slide on a step, cautions are required. If it has reached, it will appear in the suspension bridge (back maple bridge) currently called Takimidai. Although it will look at a Hara-fudo waterfall from this suspension bridge, it also has a problem a little about photography. The waterfall itself sees almost only from this suspension bridge, but since that photography spot is restricted, it, and the biggest problem are suspension bridges, naturally shake. It does not become a photograph unless a shake is settled, even if it stands a tripod. As for the Hara-fudo waterfall of the time of these autumnal leaves that a tourist visits frequently, a photo opportunity is surely restricted. Although it is best to go out for the time zone that nobody requires early morning, if a day still does not shine, there is also a place which cannot become easily in a picture not much. Since the place which is visible to the waterfall front is located at a cliff, if such a suspension bridge is not used, it seems that it was unavoidable, but it is real intention whether it becomes somehow. The best time to see of the autumnal leaves of a Hara-fudo waterfall changes an autumnal-leaves peak somewhat by a year till the beginning of November - around the middle of the month.
